Bio
Bruce Pratt, Director of EKU CRAFT, received his BS in Animal Husbandry from Delaware Valley College in 1974, MS and Ph.D. from West Virginia University in 1976 and 1979, respectively. Prior to coming to EKU in 1988, Dr. Pratt conducted post doctorial research at Oklahoma State University and was an Assistant Professor at the University of Maine. He was promoted to Professor in 1998 and was Chair of the Department of Agriculture from 2004 to 2010. He took over as full time director in July this year. Under his leadership CRAFT developed from a concept to a viable research institution.
